When entering your order information on the Fantoot website, you will need the tracking code for your purchased items. After purchasing your items, please check the tracking code on the purchase site. (If the tracking code is incorrect, there may be delays in confirming and processing your items.)

When ordering products from a Korean online shop, please enter the warehouse address displayed on your dashboard as the shipping address.(You can copy and paste from the dashboard.)
You can simply copy and paste the address shown on your FANTOOT dashboard.
Always include your Suite Number so your package is correctly identified at the warehouse.
After purchasing your item, log in to the Fantoot website and register your order information. On the "Order Creation Screen" in My Page, enter your order information according to each field.(If the tracking code is different, there may be delays in product verification and processing.)
Log in to your FANTOOT account and navigate to Order Registration in the dashboard.
Enter the tracking number (Tracking Number) provided by the Korean store after shipping.
Select the store name and enter the product name to complete registration.
You will be notified as soon as your package arrives at the warehouse.
Once your items arrive at the warehouse, they will appear in the warehouse's "Received Items List." Select the options as needed and submit your delivery request. (ex)Trading card storage/combined shipping (shipped together)

After submitting your shipping request, the shipping fee will be calculated. International shipping will begin after payment for shipping fees is completed.
